Baked salmon with enoki, tomatoes and citrus

  • Salmón 2 lomos
  • Enoki 
  • Tomate ½u
  • Limón ½u
  • Naranja ½u
  • Tomillo 3 ramitas
  • Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta molida al gusto


  • Cut the tomato, lemon and orange into slices.
    In a tray we put a little citrus base, add the salmon on top and complete it with a little tomato and thyme.
    On top of everything we will put the enokis previously a little chopped.
    Add oil, salt and pepper to taste and bake it for about 8/12 minutes at 180 degrees depending on the size of the salmon loin.
