- 50ml water
- 75g flour
- 1 egg
- 100g mixed mushrooms in sunflower oil
- 1 spring onion
- 4 green garlic shoots
- Kimchi sauce
To make the pancake, mix the water, flour and egg together. The consistency should be like that of a crêpe mixture.
Hydrate the dried mixed mushrooms in boiling water for 5 minutes and strain. Keep both the water and the mushrooms.
Dice the spring onion and garlic, using the green part as well. Fry lightly with the mushrooms.
To cook the pancake, heat a non-stick pan with a dribble of sunflower oil and pour in some of the mixture to make a thick pancake. Once the mixture, onion and garlic are in the pan, spread the mixture out quickly to make a nice shape.
Serve hot with the Kimchi sauce, and cut into triangles as if it was a pizza.
