Ingredients:
Octopus: two legs of cooked octopus.
Potatoes: 10 units of the small ones.
Sweet paprika: 5g.
Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

We cook the potatoes with water for about 25/30 minutes depending on the size.
We will make a sweet red paprika oil, along with a little olive oil.
We will cut the cooked octopus and potatoes.
At the base of the silver we will put the octopus potatoes on top, we will season it with a little sweet red paprika oil, salt and pepper.
Finally, we will grate the fresh summer truffle to everyone's taste.
