Uses of the Melanosporum truffle.
The black truffle is a product that goes a long way, and therefore you do not need to use a lot to enjoy it. TrufasFrescas recommends around 10g per two people.
How should the Melansoporum be frozen
The best way to ensure that it does not lose its properties is by wrapping it in cling film. It is important to make sure the truffle cannot breathe, because that will make it lose its aroma. When needed, only remove the desired amount, ensuring the rest does not defrost.
