Chicken sirloin with death trumpet cream

  • 300g Chicken sirloin
  • 200g Trumpets of death
  • 60g Young garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 100g coconut milk
  • Black pepper
  • Coriander


Cook the sirloin on the grill, with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. Remove the sirloin and cook the chopped young garlic, without removing the chicken remains from the pan, as they will flavor the sauce. Cook over medium heat. Next, we add the mushrooms and cook until reduced. Add the cream, salt and pepper, add the sirloin and cook a few more minutes over low heat. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
