Tortilla mushrooms with longaniza and blue cheese

  • Setas para huevo: 1 bandeja
  • Huevos: 3un.
  • Longaniza: 200gr.
  • Queso azul: 50gr.
  • Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto


  • Sauté the mushrooms over high heat and add a little salt and pepper to taste.
    Once cooked we will add the previously opened sausage to remove and cook the meat better.
    Finally we will add the blue cheese to the previous mixture.
    On the other hand we will beat the eggs, to which we add the mixture of mushrooms, sausage and egg and we will put everything in a non-stick pan to make an omelette.
    Once cooked to taste, we take it out and it's ready.
