Rigatons sautéed with tartufata with pork pancetta and egg yolk

  • Rigatonni 250g
  • Yema de huevo 4u
  • Panceta de cerdo 100g
  • Salsa tartufata al gusto
  • Aceite de trufa negra, sal y pimienta al gusto de cada uno


  • We'll put water to boil in a saucepan, once boil we'll add the rigatons for about 10 minutes.
    On the other hand, we will toast and cook the pork pancetta.
    Once the rigatons are boiled we will add them to the pan that we will have the caught pancetta, we will add the egg yolks and the tartufata sauce and we will mix everything.
