Chanterelles sauteed with eggs, potato and ham

  • Rebozuelos: 150g
  • Huevos: 2un
  • Jamón: 3 lonchas
  • Patatas: 2un
  • Aceite de oliva, sal i pimienta


  • We will clean, peel and cut the potatoes, then we will poach them at 125 degrees for 20 minutes and then we will fry them at 200 degrees for 2/3 minutes.
    We will clean and cut the chanterelles, sauté them over high heat.
    We will fry the eggs.
    Finally we will place it, we will put the potato base, the eggs on top, the ham slices and finally the chanterelles.
