Beef carpaccio with parmesan, arugula, old mustard and tartufata

  • Carpaccio de ternera 150g (75g por ración)
  • Mostaza antigua 5g
  • Queso parmesano 50g
  • Rúcula 10u
  • Tostadas de pan 10u
  • Salsa tartufata 30g
  • Aceite de trufa, sal y pimienta: Cantidades suficientes al gusto de cada uno.


  • We will stretch the beef slices onto the plate.
    We will dress it with olive oil, salt and pepper.
    We will grate the Parmesan cheese.
    Add the arugula, the old mustard and the tartufata sauce.
    Apart we serve some bread toasts to accompany.
