Artichokes attacked with carpaccio of truffle, foie micuit and Iberian ham

Ingridients:

  • Alcachofas 6u
  • Jamón de cerdo ibérico 6 lonchas
  • Foie micuit 40g
  • Carpaccio de trufa al gusto
  • Aceite de trufa negra, sal y pimienta al gusto de cada uno

Recipe

  • We will clean and attack the artichokes in a frying pan with little oil and will add salt and pepper.
    Once let's have the cooked artichokes we will put them in the plate, will add to him the ham and the dice of foie micuit and finally you laminate them of carpaccio of black truffle.
